The Experience Makers, in partnership with Power2Motivate, was grateful to be a part of this inaugural global celebration for one of Australia’s leading tech companies.

The objective was to bring the company's extensive, remote-first workforce together in a single location for the first time since the end of the pandemic. This allowed staff to receive direct insights from the senior leadership team, realign on strategic business objectives, connect with colleagues face-to-face, and enjoy some well-deserved fun away from home and the remote work environment.

More than 600 individuals journeyed from around the globe to gather in the sun-soaked destination of Phuket, Thailand.

Throughout the course of 5 days, our guests engaged in a well-balanced program featuring a mix of work-related activities, workshops and social events. The itinerary also carved out some free time for exploration of the local sights.

A complete buyout of the beautiful Angsana Resort ensured an undisturbed experience, free from distractions and the need for compromise.

Our project scope involved overseeing and managing various event aspects in this ambitious project. We worked closely with the venue and our DMC partner Realm to handle transfers, accommodation, branding, theming, AV, programming for keynote presentations and business sessions, breakout rooms, as well as entertainment and social activities.

The planning and execution of this event required impeccable attention to detail, time management and a skilled team to ensure a seamless experience for everyone.
