The Experience Makers, in partnership with Power2Motivate, is grateful to be a part of this global celebration for one of Australia’s leading tech companies since the inaugural event in 2022.

The objective is to bring the company's extensive, remote-first workforce together in a single location to connect, engage and learn. This allows employees the opportunity to receive direct insights from the leadership team, realign on strategic business objectives, connect with colleagues face-to-face, and enjoy some well-deserved fun away from home and the remote work environment.

More than 600-1100 individuals each year have journeyed from around the globe to gather in a beachside destination.

Throughout the course of 5 days, our guests engage in a well-balanced program featuring a mix of work-related activities, workshops and social events. The itinerary also carves out some free time for exploration of the local sights and team bonding.

A complete buyout of a variety of hotels has ensured an undisturbed experience, free from distractions and the need for compromise to ensure maximum impact.

Our project scope involves overseeing and managing various event aspects in this ambitious project. We work closely with the venue and our DMC partner Realm to handle transfers, accommodation, branding, theming, AV, programming for keynote presentations and business sessions, breakout rooms, as well as entertainment and social activities.

The planning and execution of this event requires impeccable attention to detail, time management and a skilled team to ensure a seamless experience for everyone.
